Welcome to Mood Wallpapers.
By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Mood Wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

This license does not grant you ownership of the app or its content.

2. Acceptable Use

By using Mood Wallpapers, you agree not to:

  • Redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code

  • Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to bulk download wallpapers

  • Bypass or circumvent premium features, paywalls, or access restrictions

  • Use the app for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Content and Third-Party Services

Mood Wallpapers displays images provided by third-party platforms, including:

All third-party images remain the property of their respective creators and are used under their applicable licenses.

We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Plans

Mood Wallpapers offers optional premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock additional features and content.

4.2 Payment and Renewal

  • Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation

4.3 Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will receive temporary access to premium features

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged

5. Intellectual Property

The Mood Wallpapers application — including its:

  • Design

  • Source code

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Original content

is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-party images remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mood Wallpapers is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation

  • Availability of specific wallpapers or features

  • Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the app

  • Loss of data or content

  • Subscription or billing issues

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date

  • Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

  • Material changes may be communicated through the app or our website

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Mood Wallpapers at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Turkey.
